Whiskey Rasam pairs two rituals of South Indian hospitality — a comforting bowl of rasam and a slow pour of whiskey — and lets the palette tell the story: rust tones for the rasam, brass accents for the whiskey.
The space is regal, rustic and traditional at once. A tiled roof shelters a lush, plant-wrapped bar; cane stools line a counter backed by glowing shelves; every detail pays homage to South Indian tradition while feeling at ease in Goa.
The entire concept was designed and delivered in twenty days — proof that speed and soul are not opposites.
