Marra is a study in restraint: a four-bedroom villa where luxury is carried by proportion, texture and light rather than ornament. Sculptural lighting, deep neutral upholstery and quiet accents of colour give each room its own temperament while the whole remains unmistakably one home.
Svay led the project end to end — drawings, vendor coordination and execution support — with furniture detailed by the studio and finished by its in-house team.
The villa was completed in 2024.
